Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce

1 medium onion diced
5 cloves of garlic, smashed
Cheeses
2 balls fresh mozzarella, hand torn
1 quart ricotta cheese, mix in salt and pepper to taste
Your favorite lasagna sheets
Olive oil
Preparation
1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, pink Himalayan salt, and pepper to taste. Cook until tender, then shred the meat and set it aside.

2. Enhance the Sauce: In a medium pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent. Add your favorite Ragu sauce and stir well. Simmer for a few minutes to let the flavors meld.
3. Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a bowl, season the ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and mix well. Set aside.
4. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready when you assemble the lasagna.
5. Assemble the Lasagna:
- Spread a thin layer of the sauce on the bottom of your baking dish.
- Add a layer of lasagna sheets, ensuring they slightly overlap.
- Spoon a layer of the shredded chicken evenly over the sheets.
- Add a layer of ricotta cheese and then scatter shreds of fresh mozzarella on top.
- Pour a generous amount of the enhanced Ragu sauce over the cheeses.
- Repeat these layers (sheets, chicken, cheeses, sauce) until all ingredients are used, finishing with a top layer of sauce and mozzarella.
6. Bake the Lasagna: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 25–30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
7. Let It Rest: Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This helps the layers set and makes serving easier.
8. Serve and Enjoy: Slice and serve this hearty, flavor-packed lasagna to your delighted guests—or treat yourself to a plate of comfort food magic!
